Comply with PFOS/PFOA Non-technical and ROHS-compliant PTFE composite coating.

ENOVA 115 PTFE process is an electroless nickel-phosphorus plating system, which adds polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) as occluding particles in the high-phosphorus electroless nickel deposition matrix. The volume of PTFE inclusions ranges from 15-25%. This unique process is specifically designed to produce a consistent amount of uniformly dispersed PTFE throughout the EN deposit.

ENVOA 115 PTFE deposits are ideal for providing extremely low friction values, especially in applications where sliding wear is present and the wear mechanism is caused by light, well-distributed loads. ENVOA 115 PTFE deposits have excellent release and anti-stick properties, which can extend the life of tools, dies, dies, and other coated surfaces.
